The car park is open 24 hours every day and there are 8 levels of parking with a total of 1,195 parking bays.  As Maju Junction is a disabled-friendly mall, disabled drivers can find dedicated parking bays on every floor.  For the convenience of drivers, autopay machines are located on selected floors and at Pesona Food Court for easy payment of parking charges.

Shoppers and diners can easily access the retail and dining outlets of their choice directly from the car park or by taking the lift to the required floor.

Public safety is a top priority at Maju Junction. The high-level security arrangements include uniformed and plain-clothes security personnel, CCTV surveillance cameras and a car plate number imaging system.
